Terms of Service

1. The Service

CommandCenter (the "Service") is a field-coaching platform operated by Caxy Interactive ("Caxy"). It lets juniors record field sessions and lets experts join those sessions live or review recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries afterward.

2. Your account

You access the Service through a tenant (workspace). The tenant admin provisions and removes user accounts. You are responsible for your account's activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your tenant's policies.
• Do not record people without their consent where consent is required by law.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access another tenant's data.
• Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable export-control laws.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, documents, and notes you create or upload through the Service. You grant Caxy a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, transcribing audio, generating AI summaries, and storing files in your tenant's S3 prefix.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat per month through Stripe. The price and included seats are shown at sign-up and inside the workspace billing page. Free trials end automatically; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior periods.

6. AI features

The Service uses third-party AI models (currently Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan) to generate transcripts and summaries. AI output may contain errors. Treat AI output as a starting point and verify before relying on it for safety-critical or contractual decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime in v1. The Service is provided "as is".

8. Termination

You or your tenant admin may stop using the Service at any time. Caxy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained or deleted per the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caxy's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount your tenant paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced inside the Service or by email to tenant admins.
